I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. Do you ever feel like there are rooms you’re locked out of? I’m a black woman, i lateraled to my group a few months ago with minimal onboarding and welcome. A white woman joined recently and everyone has bent over backwards to make her feel welcome and get her integrated into the group.
