Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Does anyone else find that even though the cannabis industry is booming, budtenders lack basic benefits like decent pay, healthcare, PTO, vacation, maternity leave? My company was acquired recently by a much larger company and they considered my pregnancy a “pre-existing condition” therefore I got nothing for maternity leave although the prior company had pretty much accepted my claim. There’s much more but I’m pretty disgusted in this industry.
