I recently interviewed at Infosys. All my rounds are clear and only Salary discussion is pending. I want to know as per the market situation, how much should I ask. Also, can somebody pls tell me what position I should ask them at Infosys. My current position is Lead Technical Consultant at Birlasoft and I have 8 years of experience. I’m making 24 LPA (21 is fixed). Should I ask them the same lead role and 40% hike (around 35 LPA) on my current CTC?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
