I'm on a keto diet too. I combine it sometimes with one meal a day. Not a long term solution but very effective at losing extra pounds quickly.
I started in November. I didn’t want to lose weight too drastically this time so this gives a few months to normalize. I still went off keto for vacations and important dinners. In the past, I have lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks, but that was too much work and willpower.
I've been trying to do low carb (my body was pretty well on low carb). I do a lot of smoothies meal substitutes and also doing facials and making sure i remember to do my nighttime skincare routine.

Eating healthier and exercising. I also get light therapy facials to help with some acne scaring on my face.
I bought a 10 pack session at my medspa and I’m going every couple of weeks. The esthetician will recommend a good schedule for you based off of your skin and how you respond.
I did clean eating (which was honestly great for my digestive health - wish I could go back to being that disciplined) and hydrafacials with dermaplaning. I had grand plans of working out a ton too but wound up with a stress fracture, so definitely be careful if you’re upping the intensity of your routine!
