Hello fishes, I got offer from 3 companies i.e ey, capgimini and hexaware with around 8 years exp and offers are almost around same with little bit variations. So needed help from you guys to decide which one will be better to join in terms of work life balance, flexibility, yearly hike and employee benefits. Really appreciate your inputs on this. Leave TCS and join Bank of America. It is better to work for Product based company. Even if you stay in TCS you will get C band in coming appraisals and most the retention hike will be BoB and variable pay
Stay in TCS….. They usually dont retain their employees. If they are ready to give you good hike you should stay with them.
Bank don’t give good hikes. You won’t get to work on latest tech stack and nil chances to go abroad as well.
It’s a call centre. Better stick with retention. It’s good
