If I start from very beginning I am a BCA passout actually not a graduate yet I should have graduated in the year 2025 in June but for backlogs I couldn't, After real graduating i still have 4 backs left to clear.So I started working on myself working on my skills and resume I added some skills to my closet and studied for my backlogs I cleared two of them and I have still left two that's gonna happen in June so can anyone suggest me something or any company referal

How do you guys tackle the situation where employers asks for immediate joiner.they don't even give us a chance to get evaluated technically.
Do you guys go ahead with any foul play like even if your notice period is 60 days but you tell them that you can join within 30 days

Boomer. I am in between jobs. Laid off in 10/21 after 16+ yrs, with an ABA firm. RIF. Still on excellent terms. Took my time living off generous package and didn’t seriously start applying until 01/22. Made a rookie mistake and accepted first offer.
Turns out job wasn’t as advertised. Mutual parting of ways 3/22. Due diligence is critical.
Now interviewing a LOT. Some temp work, I still have “it”. I relate to all gens. Willing to mentor AND learn from all. Tech savvy, CTE from day one. Leads?

I am a senior Angular Developer with 7+ yrs of exp. I got an offer from EPAM Anywhere(not EPAM) with base CTC as 6 LPA and base+project CTC as 26 LPA complete remote work.
FYI if I go on bench I'll be getting only 50000/- INR per month instead of my 216000/- INR pm with working on the project.
Just wanted to know how EPAM Anywhere as a company is? What are the chances of someone going on a bench? Is it a good choice to select EPAM Anywhere at this stage of my career?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

1) A large (15K employees) product based company with good culture.
22.5 LPA

2) A small (150+ employees) service based startup company with excellent culture.
17 LPA.

Both the companies are profitable.
