I’m graduating in a year. Will be working as a consultant in Chicago. Want to begin real estate investing. Thinking of house hacking. what’s the best way to start REI after graduating?

So I get that in a corporate set up, you are supposed to be sharp and witty and think on your feet. Trouble is, I am extremely slow with comebacks. (Think Ross in Friends/Amy in B99) at the crunch moment, I generally end up not being able to give a good roast back. Unfortunately the best of them come to me like a few hours later (dinner/shower/TV) and I am left ruing and amazing opportunity to have gotten one back. I am awful at jibes and roasts.

Anyone else suffer from this?

How is the job security in Accenture?

My director gave me a 45 day termination warning. I had a random 1:1 with my director last Friday. She essentially told me I have 45 days to increase my activity (I’m a recruiter that gets measured on daily metrics.) After the 45 days if I don’t meet these requirements I will be terminated. As you can imagine I am panicking a little bit, I’ve confided in a few coworkers and they told me to start looking for a new job because even if I meet these metrics I could still be fired. Any advice?

What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.
