CTC i asked : 50 LPA
CTC State Street HR negation starts with 43 LPA ( Subject to Business Approval) + variable pay (I asked for 7 LPA) will they allow the variable.

Current CTC is 32 LPA + 40 -50 K (Monthly Allowance)
