I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. 1. Will the approval notice be sent to my address or attorney office?
2. Do I need to wait for approval notice physical copy to be received or can I put my 2 week notice?

Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Seems wildly unprofessional that none of the partners called and instead it was the recruiter conveying that news. At McKinsey, if that happened, the head of the practice or the office would personally make the phone call at the very least.
