Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. First gen, first year lawyer here. What do you do when you have family members who expect money from me every paycheck. I try to stand my ground but I get guilt tripped, especially when those family members were there for me.
