$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
