My client is looking for someone to lead their DTC Strategy focusing on innovation, NPD, end-to-end fulfillment, etc. This person will act as an internal consultant owning DTC & Alternative Channels.

They allow remote work in CA, NJ, CT, TX, MD, UT, AZ, WI, and more.

Must have a mixture of entrepreneurial and corporate experience. Must be “polished” as this person will be responsible for getting the buy-in of upper management. DTC exp preferred, eComm exp okay.

As they are not interested in me for training and transition.

So working on an aging monolith system and trying to put a whitepaper together to explain the reasoning for transition to a headless setup.

Starting with absolute basic of separation of concerns and git branching projects and cloud / blob hosting for imagery on a cdn.

An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

I received an offer (28 Lakhs + 3.9 Lakhs incentive) from Novartis for Sr Project Manager yesterday. This was just 13.6% more than my current earnings as Project Manager. I've given the reasons why I deserve at least 30% to HR. In response to that, HR has sent 2nd offer i.e. 29 Lakhs + 4 Lakhs incentive + 50k sign-on bonus. The 2nd offer is just 18.2% higher than my current earnings. Need your suggestion, if I could still negotiate with HR to finalize deal by asking for 25% hike?

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??
