I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

If you are in notice period why do you even need to care , just perform your formalities and make sure it's known to the lead in that project and if he isn't stupid enough then he shouldnt be handing you any important work. Just do your formalities and log out , not much ppl can do anyways.
Even if it's critical position you shouldn't be worried and if you feel that you are pressurised just politely refuse too much responsibilities . I know ppl who didn't even use to join hardly in calls even at np. Just complete your formalities and give powercut or other bs excuses , max they can do is release you to bench which also is hard for them to do as you are on np. Seriously you have already resigned, unless and until you actually commit some dire HR violation nobody can screw you in any way.
