And Im looking for job change. Working with small company since 5 years so CTC is 9LPA but now looking for good MNC job and ready to relocate also so what package I can demand?
According to my market research for 5+ years 15-20 LPA is a range. But Im afraid that companies will judge me with current CTC. Guys what is the suggestions?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented.
