But for the current organisation Relieving letter and Experience letter column I have marked them as unavailable. But unable to see the Submit button.. anyone has faced the same?

I have applied for a job in naukri in HCL. Today morning hr called me and asked additional details. He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response. Does this is the procedure for recruiting in HCL? . If it so, I didn't receive link, so I am rejected?
