I have total 6years 7months of experience, full tenure in Infosys.
I got my Technology Lead role change last week. My current package after my promotion stands 8.7 of which around 1.2 is variable.

Recently I got an offer from TCS with 12.5 lpa. But the position they are offering is IT Analyst.

Since I got my role change to TL already, will joining TCS in IT Analyst be a step down in my career? Suggestions please.

Take home salary for a fixed 23lpa CTC.
After pf deduction and tax ,what myt be the take home.

I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?
