How can I delay joining company C1 on Monday as company C2 will release offer by next week. Interested in company C2.

#1 Officially Resign in C1 once got C2 offer and serve 1 month of notice period & join C2
1.1 I may get immediate release
1.2 I have to serve 1 month notice period

#2 abscond C1 once got C2 offer


#3 Delay in joining ( already week of delivery joining post LWD)How to?
