I need one guidance. It's happening to me that I clear all the rounds of a company, they ask me for the documents. After I send all of them, the HR says we are waiting for approval. After a few days, they come back that the position is on hold. This has happened to me multiple times now. Is this a trend or am I missing something?

In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?

Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC
