Got an email today to close Tata Mutual Funds as it's restricted entity. Basically I am from Advisory team and not from Audit or Tax department.

Do i really need to close the Tata Mutual fund?

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

I have total 4years of experience (joined my current company last year). Current package is 7.5LPA.
I am happy with my work life right now but need the hike. Also i am working as frontend developer (react.js) but my tech stack is MERN and i also have about 1year experience with springboot. Is booking 40hrs a week freelancing for one company a good idea? Or does that seem like you don’t have anything else going on? I would like a good work life balance with the ability to take off weeks at a time in the middle of all this.
