Hello Fishes, I’m a Data Scientist with 7.5 YOE in ML, DL, NLP, GenAI & Agentic AI. I also deploy ML apps/services on AWS & Azure with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow & Airflow. Currently at a Fortune 40 org, drawing 25 LPA. Lately I see peers posting 40–50 LPA CTC. Am I being low-balled, or is my limited infra expertise holding me back?
