I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

A former client director colleague has gone in-house as CMO. They are now asking me (currently ECD) to join and set up an agency-like creative team to up-level everything from brand to sales materials. It's a good mgmt opp and good creative is a definite possibility, but I'm conflicted. Aency BS would be nice to step away from, but I think I'm still bought into the notion that agencies are superior and in-house is where washed-up creatives go to die. I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
