I've been applying for Boeing for the past 6 months.

Despite creating a JD centric Resume, It never gets ahead of their scanning systems.

I have had referral from a friend in fact as well, but still no luck on interviewing/ getting a call.

What should i do ??
Is this the case with only me or you've faced the same. The same resume got me calls from Tier-1/Tier-2 firms like Morgan Stanley / Warner Brothers etc..

Is there any other way around ?

Are the UKI CCs been instructed to share the talent discussion outcomes (I.e. Feedback) with counselees by 30th Oct as our NA colleagues have?

I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off.
