I'm serving notice period and around 50 days are remaining I'm having 2 offers where I got initially while resignation
Now I got selected for 3 companies but no one is releasing offer letter and stating silly reasons like DB migration issues,on long leave and after bgv will release offer 🙄
So I came to know these HRs will prolong releasing offer untill my LWD 😐
Seriously 🤦Im the only one facing this issue or ? It is common these days ,?

Hello. I just completed My Masters in Engineering (Mining Engineering) from Laurentian University. I have been looking for a job in mining or civil engineering from past 2-3 months, havent even got a reply yet, reason being i dont have canadian experience. Hi all, my friend joined a company in HR dept less than a month ago. He continued to look for better opportunities and now he received a higher position (with higher pay) in a growing startup (200+ employees).
1. He won't be absconding but in case of not serving the NP, he just won't be receiving his experience letter right?
2. He hasn't informed about this current exp. to new company, will the startup find out through pan card link?

I am First time eligible for income tax slab form FY22-23. I can't invest much since I have so many family commitments. So only component I can use of 80C is EPF. So in order to get Tax Benefits. Can I send 20k per month to my parents who are not earning and generate a receipt and a avail full eligible HRA exemption? Is that possible and will there be any problem in future? If it's ok do my parents needs to show this income in IT portal since it's 2.4LPA? TIA.

Need advice.
I have been working in my current organization for the past 10 months. Since my team is very small, I was asked to do a variety of roles, which I happily obliged. I was hired as a developer and have played the role of BA, Tester and PM happily but each of these roles have been for a short while and was assigned to someone else once the heavy lifting is done. The independent projects gets halted due to this being a pharma Company and it’s process-oriented nature

The current company J am working in has lot of issues. And I want to switch.
But in past I have already made frequent switches due to management issues or so. I am not sure what to answer when the recruiter asks for the reasons of frequent switches.

Also, I want to join some reputed MNC or company in finance or research role. How can I do that?
