The best way to handle work in a marketing agency is to be proactive and organized. This means coming to meetings with ideas and materials ready to go, and being willing to take on assignments even if they are outside of your comfort zone. The culture at my agency is very collaborative, so we all work together to come up with the best ideas and solutions.
Create a system that works for you and your team, and stick to it. This may include creating specific folders for different types of projects, color coding documents, or using specific software to keep track of your tasks.
In my agency we emulate the google style, since we started with this change we have seen how the production and creativity of our team has evolved.
For my agency we have designed a free liberal culture, that's what we call it, everyone has their own personality and everyone has their own office and their own rules, for example in our designer's office everything is anime, you must enter without shoes and sit like the Japanese.
In the agency where I work they use three delivery times for the products, the first one is improving the delivery time and it is called, Todo chilling, the second one is meeting the times and it is called, Gracias por ser tu, and the last one is passing the determined delivery time, and it is called, Te entendemos.
All of these times meet the actual time required, i.e. the last one fits the real deadline and the employees know it, but they say that this form of motivation works in their favor and they like it.
And yes, we are an agency that caters to a Latino audience.
We are based on the practices of Nature Brasil and it is true that labor production has increased and not only that, but also the quality of life of our employees, said by themselves and we enjoy helping in much more than work.
