Hi all, my friend joined a company in HR dept less than a month ago. He continued to look for better opportunities and now he received a higher position (with higher pay) in a growing startup (200+ employees).
1. He won't be absconding but in case of not serving the NP, he just won't be receiving his experience letter right?
2. He hasn't informed about this current exp. to new company, will the startup find out through pan card link?
3. What's the scenario like if the new company does find out?

Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations. I’m starting to freak out a bit now that maybe I can’t do it. I have a tech background so can handle that part, but perhaps strategy may be difficult. Now I got selected for 3 companies but no one is releasing offer letter and stating silly reasons like DB migration issues,on long leave and after bgv will release offer 🙄
So I came to know these HRs will prolong releasing offer untill my LWD 😐
