The current company J am working in has lot of issues. And I want to switch.
But in past I have already made frequent switches due to management issues or so. I am not sure what to answer when the recruiter asks for the reasons of frequent switches.

I recently joined org A in Oct 2021 and the company have said no position open after I join so I had to move to a new org B in Jan 2022, in org B as well similar kind of problem so I had to look for a new company for which I have a offer now.
