Hello folks, I got an offer from thoughworks and though of accept it and join here based on the reviews about the culture and WLB from glassdoor. but when I check with a person who is working in ThoghtWorks I heard there is a top level leadership changes was happened recently so the culture was changing negatively also the policies are going to be changed like normal service based companies like TCS, Accenture.

Anyone have any idea about this?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

Other allowances from ctc is not included in compensation plan. How will it be paid then? Directly at the end of the year?

I know notice period at thoughtworks is 2 months .
