Hello Folks,

I have cleared 2 rounds of interview and gave L3 round around 15 days ago. Still haven’t heard anything from the recruiter, even though I tried contacting HR via email and call, no response. On their job portal, my application status shows as “Interview” even after 15 days post L3 round. I’m confused and not sure if I’m selected or rejected. Can anyone of you please provide some clarity or insights based on my situation?

Today's high point in my chemistry class: I am teaching Atomic theory and structure. I have my students look at their periodic table and I walk through the information listed for each element. At this point I talk about a lot of big ideas that are related as an prelude to where we are headed. One student told me that she took chemistry last year, and in 10 minute I was able to connect all of the pieces that never made any sense to her. Her 'aha's moment was like candy to me.
