I have offer from hsbc for frontend devloper. I also have offer from vois( vodafone) with fixed salary 2.5Lakhs more than hsbc. Shall i try to negotiate with Hsbc to match the offer or to give some joining bonus. Do they consider revision of offer.l am considering hsbc because of brand value and international reputation over Vodafone.
