Y’all are extra judgy in this bowl.
What does this even mean?!

I have 12+ yoe. I work in AWS with a 23L base, 13L JB and 5 RSU (29.8L ), L4. I am about to receive an offer from ADP . What band/grade would be great to negotiate. For ADP anything around 45L-48L including 12% variable (not sure about JB) is considered to be the right offer? I have another offer from Accenture 32L fixed, 10L variable, 6.4L JB. I guess wlb in Accenture would be more difficult than ADB?? What's your view fishes !!! Consider AWS and ADP in Hyderabad where Accenture in home town

Seiko is good but a bit thick, Monta is nice but I’m not the biggest fan of the bezel. Between the two I’d probably err towards the Seiko.
What are your thoughts on the U50?

Microbrand guy and also a Seiko-phile here. My recommendation for a beater is the Seiko. Here is why:
The Seiko is a great design, I love the 62MAS homage vibes. It’s a cool watch that is super versatile and a decent value. It’s also a lot cheaper than the Monta.
I love the Monta, but I think it’s too dressy to be a beater. I think it’s a great all arounder and a great one watch collection. It has a much nicer bracelet and very good finishing.
The Monta is a nicer watch, but the Seiko is a cooler beater if you already have other luxury watches.
