I have offers from Cognizant and Knorr Bremse TCI.

CTS offering 15.2LPA and KBTCI 16.5LPA. CTS's joining date is 13 April but I do not have any clarity about project and responsibilities seems like I have to join and then face the client interviews.

KBTCI's joining date is 6 April & KBTCI is mostly for embedded stack & I'm from .NET & only 3-4 emps are from . NET as Project is in transition phase from CPP to C# .NET so seems like heavy workload.

which should I join?

I have attended l2 meeting 2 weeks ago. Waiting for results. Now another job vacancy posted, if I'm able to get reference and apply for the posting. Will I be called again even if I apply with same mail account. Because still I didn't get rejection mail for 1st interview.

Is Cognizant Consulting same as Cognizant Business Consulting? And how much it is different from CTS?
