1. JAPANESE
2. GERMAN

I'm choosing this 2 languages because I'm working in Automotive domain and wish to settle abroad. Currently I work for Nissan Motors through RNTBCI.

So kindly guide me to choose between these two languages.

Has anyone worked at a brand studio like the New York Times’ one? Seems like every media outlet has one now. What’s the work, hours, pay, and culture like?

Writing annual goals. What are examples of how to write “quantifiable” goals as a consultant? Are you measuring number of relationships built, projects, or something else?

Most of consulting is advising on solutions to problems, but I don’t control the outcome, whether the advice is implemented, or the budget. Sales is easy (e.g. “sell $2M of products/services this year”) because there is a clearly defined measurement. What can consultants measure?

Do you feel like your work is making a difference at your current company? Why or why not?

I recently became an Anaplan Certified Level 1 Model Builder and have been applying to a lot of roles. I am finding it very difficult to get a FEA job in Mumbai (moving out from Pune). Do you think not many FEA jobs are there in Mumbai? Should start developing myself for another role which will bag me a job?

Why is there such a huge pay difference between IT and Mechanical/auto industries? Many people in IT are getting 3xx salary hikes, but here I am struggling to get more that 20-30% hikes. Sure the skills are much more demand in IT field, but the discrepancy is too much. Is it due to most of the work are outsourced to consultancy/service based companies by the OEM? Or is there simply too much candidates available?
