Where to buy a 3 bed flat in London on a budget of £500-600k for max growth opportunities in the future? ~1000sqft, (share of freehold) or long lease, close to Crossrail. Or is it best to wait it out?

Canada Water (one stop down from Canary Wharf) is starting to go through a huge development. There's a plan to build a new bridge over to Canary Wharf which would make it walking distance.

It's the hydro development

I’m 32 yo and have been doing an annual rebalancing of retirement portfolio in December. Last year I increased bond allocation from 10% to 20%. Turned out bonds were the least bad part of my portfolio (still lost 14%).

Hearing a lot that the setup for bonds looks better in 2023 given 1) slowing Fed rate hikes and 2) likelihood of recession. Thoughts on increasing bond allocation? Part of me realizes I’m probably over complicating this and better off just buying equities and holding.

Hi All,
Really need some input. We have our new construction done by April 2023. Builder is giving us 28,000 credits which can be used towards closing cost and buy lock rate for 6 months from now and giving us the interest rate for 6.75% for 30 years from US bank. But I also spoke to credit union they give us 5 ARM for 5.5% but can lock rate in feb 2023. So should go with the US bank with 6.75% plus incentives or wait till feb 2023 and thn lock rates(us bank doesn’t give us ARM rates).

I need some legit feedback on what is it like to be a UXD at companies like Accenture?
They claim to do a lot of research oriented designs, as everyone. But is that really the case or it's like some other service based companies where the UX is almost vague, and happens mostly based on what the managers think to be good?

Does UX have any value or it's just drafting wireframes based on ideations by the managers and then UI designs?
