Just sharing a song I discovered recently. I keep coming back to it to remind myself that His Word bestowed a new life into me.

Although I am not perfect, His Word instructs me on how to overcome evil by doing good. His Word taught me to be quick to love and listen, and slow to anger.

His Son carried the cross and suffered in order to forgive my sins of envy and coveting.

His Word guides my actions so that these sins don’t lead me down a dangerous path and fully consume me.

My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?

How does anyone keep time well for prayer and meditation while fully giving yourself to family and work in this economy?

One can imagine work here as meant in the maximum of work vs life here.

I know people who are constantly crashing and that’s without the set time for prayer. And despite hearts or gold, obvious piety and a high work ethic.

I just found out I am pregnant and the person is not a believer. I know i have sinned, and now i am so lost. Abortion has crossed my mind multiple times. Not sure what i am doing posting here, I just needed to vent.
