I’m currently working offline as an HR professional at a consultancy. Now, I want to expand my skills by taking up remote roles for better career growth. Before that, I’d like to make my CV 100% ATS-friendly.

Could you please suggest how I can do that?

Is wfh available in coforge? The office in GNIDA is very very far. Is it safe to travel by own car? If by cab are these small cars or typical suvs with 6-7 drops?

I want to move to a Product based B2B or B2C in #Chennai or #Remote. I have a total of 6 years experience with a mix of Data Science and Product Analytics space. Currently an APM.

Anybody else noticed recruiters are only proactively reaching out about hybrid/on-site roles nowadays?

It's almost as if people don't want to be in offices anymore so that's why it's difficult for them to fill those roles.
Sidenote: recruiters, you can see on my LI profile that I'm remote. In the "What jobs are you interested in" field you can see I'm only interested in remote roles.
So, why are you reaching out to me about jobs in a city 3 hours away that's 100% onsite and w/out even a ReLo?

I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare. Currently self employed for a year to work on investing. Do I literally need a partner level referral to get back into Audit? I thought there was an accountant shortage.
