How many days it takes for HR round. My TR was done on 1st July and after that they asked to submit some documents. After submission of documents, I have not received any update from recruiter. I tried to contact recruiter via phone call, but the phone keeps ringing.
What to do now, how to contact them for update of next round which is pending.

Got added to the client's mailing list so now I get typo-filled emails about "This person is covering as receptionist for 2 days" and "Who needs a mouse pad". ugh, can I unsubscribe?

Home reno financing question. Have a big project coming up in the $120-150k range. Funding sources are:
- 90k from a heloc around prime
- 10k from a credit card that offers promo checks at 2-3% for 12-18 months
- 375k in a brokerage
- 5-6k per month cash that I can put towards the project, loans, or brokerage

I don't want to stop funding the brokerage because my FIRE plan is less numbers based than "hoard like dragon until it's enough" but maybe I should... How would you optimize?

I have recently joined NTT DATA. But realised that I am not really liking the project and work here. on top of that they are asking to come back to office. I have offer from other company (WFH) and aware of the work which I want. Should I put my resignation after 2 months of joining in NTT? What could be the negetive impact here?
