I want to lose 20 pounds (starting at 165). I did really good for the month of July but now I’m losing steam. Any suggestions?

That’s natural - once your body reaches the weight it should be, weight loss becomes harder (that’s why people lose a lot of weight fast and then it slows down despite same amount of effort). I would recommend reevaluating if your goal weight is reasonable given your height, and (if so) decrease food intake (quality over quantity) and increase weight training.

I have pretty bad anxiety to the point where it affects my job performance and will cause me to waste hours because I'm trying to cope with symptoms. I hate that xanax works so well and am terrified of getting addicted to it. Wasted 2 hours this morning panicking and thinking I was about to have a heart attack or something stupid, then I took a xanax and drank some tea and I'm super focused again and my productivity is way up. Anyone else take xanax? I usually only do like 2x a week.
