I am looking for residential places which has easy access to all amenities and not far from office. Not sure of the distance range from office I should be looking for. I need to know what the going hourly rate would be as an independent contractor as in house counsel in finance would be. I have been working for this company for over a year, I like working for them and they seem to like me and want me to extend the contract. I have 10+ years experience in finance law. I know what Biglaw charges, but does anyone know what an independent contractor/attorney would charge? I can't seem to find out anywhere else and I do not know anyone in my situation to also ask.
