I heard that in S&P Global, promotions occur every quarter. How can we know the end date for writing a story and getting the manager's approval. In the sphere, I can see the list of promotions of last quarter, but nothing specific to dates when stories can be written for this quarter. Can someone please throw light on this?S&P Global

Got laid off in tech corp dev making 250-300 all in. Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev.
