I am 9+ year experience in non tech profile. I want to change career in IT as Java developer, having knowledge of Java ,core Java, spring, spring boot, sql , postman, maven,database. But I looking for minimum package 7 LPA. Is is possible to get job in java developer ???

Is front end web dev a lucrative career choice? Currently in the commercial banking industry but don’t enjoy it a ton, enjoy learning basic front end web dev because I like the control and creative aspect of it, was curious if I should just keep it as a hobby and keep a stable banking job or possibly look into trying to prepare to make a switch in a few years. At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. Hello fishes, I received offer letter from Mindtree and uploaded the documents on their onboarding portal. But now I have a better offer in hand and hence will not be joining Mindtree. Do I have to worry about thr uploaded documents ? Does document upload confirm thay I will join Mindtree amd hence cannot join any other company?
