Hello, HCL has released an offer of 28.5 LPA, which includes 26 LPA as a fixed component and 2.5 as a variable. I asked for a 33 - 35 LPA. Although I have not accepted the offer yet I received an automated email thanking me for accepting the offer. Am I trapped? What next step will you guys suggest

Hi Fishes,
I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
Can anybody advise on this of they been through the same.
