This is to inform that I have been selected in Amdocs as software developer for pune, my current ctc is 13.4 with total 6 years of IT experience in my home city.

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.

Please guide with your experiences🙏

Hi fishes. Is it a fact that PWC payscale is relatively low compared to other Big4s?

I have been approached by PwC HRs twice in last 2 months, both times they did not even shortlist me stating that my expected CTC is high.

My profile:
YoE =6.5yrs + 2yrs tier2-MBA
CCTC=16.5
Expected CTC= 1.4x

2nd time they approached, I even brought down my exp CTC to 1.3x. Still they said PwC does not have budget.

I already have offer of 1.45x from another Big4. Its only PwC that is not budging. :(

I'm a first yr attorney at an insurance firm and am in the process of interviewing for an in-house position at a tech company. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. Any insight into jr-level associate legal counsel compensation at a public tech co in Austin? I’m not finding much online about lower-level salaries for in-house positions since they’re not as common as mid- or senior-level roles and am expecting an offer, but I’m not sure what’s a reasonable goal for salary negotiations.

Trying to get some salary data. I’m a 2016 grad doing global litigation in house in a major metro area (NYC/DC/SF). My salary is $182K.
