I am a fresher and I am looking for opportunities in the Sustainability/ESG sector. I got an email from ISS ESG saying that my CV is shortlisted and I have to appear for a 2hour long test. I have no idea what such a test may look like. If anybody here is from ESG background, a little help about how such an interview looks like will be very helpful.

How are we going to keep up our grinds when we have to actually be in an office?

I truly will never get people who turn the AC on full blast but will be fully wrapped up in blankets and complain that they’re cold.

Just wanted to generally understand what is the average salary in the field of sustainability. I am working as a green building certifier and ESG consultant for one of the firm with package of 5,20,000 LPA with exp, of 2.5 years.
