This is going to sound like an insane question but I keep reading comments in various threads saying that a 760 GMAT in the banking / consulting / PE world is pretty average and won’t help an application. If true, what is the alternative? Retake for a 780??

When your resource group is more than 5 or 6 students and they are all at different levels AND you only have them for 20 to 30 mins.....how do you make the most use of your time? How can you work towards their individual goals as well as fill in gaps in learning when there is 8 to10 students that are at different levels of learning and all require some level of assistance in order to complete even simple tasks? Feeling a little overwhelmed today.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. I have usually seen people taking sick leaves when workload is more and there is more responsibility coming in team. But I always hesitate to ask for leaves, I feel I'm doing something wrong. At the same time I'm exhausted with work and feel like I should be taking 1-2 leaves per month. Even in new organization it's been 4 months, I have not taken even a single leave.

How to deal with these thoughts? It looks like job is taking control over my mind and health.

I have started working in Sutherland in December 2021 for a different profile other than my previous experience. And to be true i am not enjoying this role. So recently i got offer from SAS for the same profile as I had before Sutherland. I cleared all the rounds with 70% hike.
Now I am worried how do I put down my papers? As i am still in training can I ask for immediate release? How do i put down things in Sutherland? Do i have to face any consequences?
