I recently cleared Oracle Health (Oracle cerner) interview for SMTS IC3 role(Java Backend). Initially I had requested for Salary in the range of 36-38LPA, but the recruiter indicated that they can offer only around 32LPA+30K USD Stocks. I have around 7YOE and CCTC is 23LPA and 4Lakh stock available in July.

I got only verbal communication and further discussions are yet to happen. I want to know what's the range I can ask for. Is 38LPA okay for oracle? And how much stock can I ask?

Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit.
