Hi, I am new to Canada and currently living in Vancouver, BC. I was looking for opportunities in the Financial Services industry in the Metro Vancouver Area. I have about 3 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services and HealthTech industry and worked alongside IBM and PwC in developing and implementing cutting-edge FinTech products for business clients of a Financial Institution and led the Finance and data science team at a Health tech startup. Let me know if anyone can help me.
Not specifically a law meme

Good luck finding anyone that can explain it.
LOL, I can agree, I tried to read it up, and got no where
Its mainly focused in manufacturing and physical products. Contains a lot of engineers and tends to do work related to technologies used at manufacturing sites
Hey
Working in Industry X myself, ask away.
Generally speaking, IX is an end to end service from strategy through to aaS business. Right in the heart of our clients’ operations: engineering, manufacturing, advanced automation and robotics (indeed building robots ourselves as per recent acquisitions), including infrastructure projects (also called capital projects).
One of Accenture’s consistent growth drivers in recent years, always looking for talent.
Hi! Would you mind DM'ing me? I will be staring in IX in about a week and have some questions
If you have experience with MES, EAM, PLC, etc you would be a good fit. I was in IX and moved out. Happy to refer if you’re applying
Sent you a DM, thanks!
Specifically, what insights are you looking for? Indeed, there are a number of us IX folks in here. Growth engine of the firm, by some distance. The top 4 IX priority industries account for 75% of the business - auto/SWD vehicles, aerospace & defense, Industrial & energy/utilities.
For those of us uninitiated, what do these acronyms mean and what does industry x do?
They’re mostly industry lingo, not specific to Accenture…
• SWD - software-defined (vehicles)
• IX - Industry X (digital engineering & manufacturing)
• MES - Manufacturing execution system
• PLM - product lifecycle management
