Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

How is the appraisal and hike percentages for good performers. Is the variable component fully payable?
Also wanted to know about the T6 band. Is it apt for a 10 years and 6 months experienced candidate.

What is the Medical Insurance amount provided by the DTICI? And for this, premium will be deducted in the monthly pay? Or it'll be taken care of by the employer itself? Any info regarding health insurance is not provided in the offer letter. So, I'm willing to know about this.

I recently interviewed with DTIC and completed all the rounds and kind of felt it was done linently and kind of confused now if it is good to join? I am from Kolkata and have to relocate to Bangalore for it.
