EY recruiting is such a mess. Applied and did a pre-recorded video interview, heard nothing for like 3 weeks. Then I get a random call saying they liked me and would I be available to attend an interview the following day. I say yes but never receive an email or additional details. Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY
Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?
Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Except for recruiters using Greenhouse, the entire industry is stuck in the 80’s.
Because recuriters don't have time to understand transferrable skills. They want a person who does the exact thing they're looking for yesterday.
Adjust your content presentation based on how your audience reacts to it / consumes it, much like we do in advertising. It's not about how you want it to be, it's about how they want to receive it. At least if you want to see if you can get different results. Put that title to the test:) Be thankful your emails are generating a response that asks for more versus "No, thanks". I don't see you being a victim here😜
Agree AD 1. The fact that you’re complaining that people want to see your work is disappointing. You should be thrilled to share a personal note with relevant work samples with everyone that asks. This is your way to sell yourself, talk about what you’re passionate about, why some projects you’ve worked on were successful, etc. if you just expect people to click on something just because you give it to them with no context, excitement or passion I have a feeling you will continue to be disappointed
No it's more the request that do you have samples of eblasts for dtc pharma brands in teal? Kind of samples uninspiring and wouldn't show to anyone.
