Anyone with November PERM approval?
I have two offers, one from EPAM Systems for 22 LPA and another from @biryanibykilo for 26 LPA + 2 lacs in ESOPS vested over 4 years(50k each year). I conveyed to EPAM HR about the bbk offer and told him I would be happy to join EPAM if he matches it. He asked me to send mail regarding this, so I sent a mail mentioning 29 LPA as reference point. The HR has texted me saying that EPAM can't match it. What should I do? Should I wait for him to call back because I am ready to join EPAM at 26 LPA.

Yes, very sus. It could just be a process that they go through with all candidates, but a very odd one.
It's common if you don't meet the agency's profile, they ask for certain inputs to see if you can do the job as they want.
It has happened to me many times that they ask me for proof of my ability as a writer, I do the articles and all kinds of tests that are usually not paid, and then I don't receive any more messages from the employer, for me it is always a scam.
This type of employment system is common in agencies, it is the best way to test professionals.
What kind of documents are we talking about here? Work samples?
It's not entirely uncommon for employers to ask for some examples of your work. What specifically is making you feel sus about this?
Sometimes you just gotta trust your gut with these things. If you don't get a good vibe from this agency you can always look for a job somewhere lse
Depends on what kind of documents. Don't hesitate to trust your gut if something feels off.
