The interview happened last month first week and documentation process also completed. They have given a verbal offer, but no offer letter as there are still doing some audit and compliance on the earlier employments. They have yet not reverted. What should be done in this scenario. Is this a normal thing in Accenture where they take an inconsiderable amount of time for small things too

M trying to get a job in pharma company since I got my work visa in jan , 2022 . I had my experience in India . Here m kind of fresh as no experience because of which even though I have all qualification for a job m not even landing up in an interview . Did MD pharmacology , certification CCRP and patient safety but no one is even short listing . I wanted to get into pharmacovigilance . Can anyone help or suggest !!!
