My status in LTM portal shows offered but i haven't received the offer letter yet. HR is saying BGV check is in progress and we are taking approval on the same. Submitted all documents on 21st May. When can i expect the offer letter. My LWD is 26th June.

My friend got an offer from a startup company. In the salary structure they are showing 50% of the CTC as basic which is fine but in PF contribution it is showing 8.2% total contribution (Employee + Employer) instead of the standard 24%.

Anyone resigned from EY recently? While resignation in the exit portal the notice period says 90days which is different from the offer letter which is 60days. Did EY changed notice period policy to 90days?

My probation will end in 2 days in current org and I got the job in other company but formal offer letter isn't shared yet.. Is it wise to resign considering probation end in 2 days cause after probation the NP will be 90 days ?
